At AlifAmar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully pleased with a product, you are welcome to return it easily.

Return & Exchange Policy Overview:

• Our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 15days of the order’s delivery date.
• To qualify, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
• All return and exchange requests are processed promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

Important Information:

• Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred when exchanging products.
• For orders exceeding Rs.5,000, we offer an exchange option; such orders are not eligible for a refund.
• In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, AlifAmar will cover all delivery charges associated with the return or exchange.
